Do you accept health fund rebates?
Yes. We have HICAPS on-site so you can claim your private health fund rebate on the spot. We accept all major health funds including Medibank, Bupa, HBF, NIB, HCF and AHM.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring any relevant scans, X-rays or reports, your Medicare card, and your private health fund card if claiming a rebate. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated.
How long is a standard appointment?
Initial appointments are typically 45–60 minutes. Follow-up appointments are usually 30–45 minutes depending on your treatment plan.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes. We offer online physiotherapy consultations with assessment, advice and tailored home exercise programs — available from anywhere with a phone, laptop or smart device.
